Picture Stolen Once again, originally uploaded by creativesam.

Udates :
I complain to their management and explained him regarding it, i told them they have used my pictures on their flayer without  my permission and if they don’t do anything about it then i would be taking some legal action .

And eventually they had to pay a fair amount for each picture :).

LuLu Hypermarket has published a promotion , when i checked it i found that they have two of my images on the flayer. Without my permission which is not appreciated. I dont get it why people does that???

But this isn’t the 1st time my picture got stolen
Previously the Al Qabas news paper( kuwaiti local news paper )has stolen

This picture was created on 17th Jan 2006
And later on it was stolen by Local News Paper agencies in Kuwait.
I was very much disappointed and emailed them and explained them everything regarding the copy right issue. If they dont put my name i will take some legal action. The editor promise me that he will re-published this image with my name within a week. I added please inform me. Although he didnt inform me but i got know from one of my friend ( Fahad) that  they have published the picture with my name once again .

I was very happy and asked Fahad to provide me with an screen shot of the second issue.  And he did.

This year AL-mal investment co.  used this picture of mine in the calendar but they did took my permission and gave me credit for my picture. Thanks to Al-mal investment co.
